Vermont has long been known for its agriculture and, more recently, revered for its craft beer. But hops aren't new to Vermont. In fact, they were once grown widely here, until Prohibition came along. Champlain Valley Hops—the largest hop grower in the state—is working to re-establish hops as a staple of Vermont agriculture AND Vermont beer.

A relatively fledgling brand, CVH engaged with Buttery to define and refine its brand - from mission, brand values and messaging to visual identity work including a logo system, color palette and design toolkit. We also captured a collection of images and video content from around the hop farm and processing facility.
