Justin Cash Director of Photography

Justin Cash took a few photography classes in college, but didn’t make it his life’s work until he realized it was a great way to fund (and feed) his snowboarding and fly fishing habits. Since going behind the lens full time, Cash has worked with a number of editorial and commercial clients, including: The New York Times, King Arthur Flour, Killington Resort, Venture Snowboards, SKI and Powder Magazine. As Director of Photography, Justin values quality over quantity and appreciates the time and effort that goes into capturing a singular great image.

Mike Horn Editorial Director

Mike Horn published his first story while living in a tent in northern Vermont. He went on to work as an editor and writer for numerous media outlets and brands, including: Yahoo Sports, ESPN.com, Outside Magazine, Backcountry Magazine and Snowsports Industries of America (SIA). As Buttery’s Editorial Director, Mike utilizes his storymaking experience to create original, engaging campaigns and content for deployment on social media, print and online.

Galin Foley Director of Video Content

Galin Foley began his career in video courtesy of a concussion while skiing and doctor’s orders to "lay off the big air." After that fateful collision with snow, he picked up a camera and never looked back (though he still gets airborne sometimes). He's produced video content for a number of clients, including: Outside TV, Killington Resort, Telluride Resort, Jay Peak Resort, Venture Snowboards, Tata Harper Skincare, Line Skis and Champlain College. As Director of Video Content, Galin’s dedicated to documenting inspiring, true-to-life stories and crafting edits to have a lasting impact.

Joe Polevy Design Director

Mr. Polevy’s progressive approach to design, borne from a love of skateboarding and rock and roll, developed into years of working in the action sports and music industries with some of the world’s top designers. He has worked on everything from Atlantic Records, ESPN, Fast Company Magazine, Airwalk, Reebok, New Balance, and DC Shoes, to IKEA and Sprite. As Design Director, Joe is responsible for the branding and esthetic development of all Buttery’s clientele.
